At some point in the last 5 years, apparently pedestrians turned into mindless lemmings, apt to wander into traffic at any moment, wholly oblivious to existence of the automobile. So even when you’re at an unregulated intersection, or, hell–just the middle of the goddamn block, drivers should be slamming on the brakes if they see someone on foot standing on the sidewalk. Because hey—that kid prolly don’t know from traffic…
