First get yourself an Igloo cooler,
-string cheese with any type of fruit
-cottage cheese with any type of fruit, and you can throw nuts in too
-tuna casserole/salad (with a tablespoon of light mayo + dill weed), they kind that mom and gma bock used to make, can be eaten cold or warm
-or if you like yogurt try Oikos or Chobani greek yogurt its creamy, thick, and fat free, has protein and is usually satisfying, add fruit or nuts
Forgot to mention, I also bought some bread with fiber– some hefty multi-grain stuff. Here’s to regularity!
