I benched Rickie Weeks for all 5 games and let Prince DH with Mike Rivera at 1st in the games at County Stadium. The 08 Crew’s only loss? Game 2, with CC on the mound, against Pete Vuckovich. Who woulda guessed?

What’s with the ” free beer”? Just for voting? Why didn’t they do this decades ago?
Maybe more folks would make the effort. Dad & I voted this morning. We were # 24 & 25. All 23 other people were in the town hall when we got there. It still only took us about 8 minutes to vote.
Free beer? I hate this hippy Californicated state sometimes. We get free Starbucks and a Ben & Jerry’s.
